The Common Denominator→YOU

Updated: Apr 28, 2021

You worked at high-performing companies where you proved yourself to be capable, smart, and innovative.

Then you change roles and find yourself in a place where you’re not thriving.

You’re not excelling as quickly as you have in the past.

Now you are overcomee with self-doubt and have a loss of power in your belief to achieve great outcomes.

What happened?

Be assured: Your voice and unique genius have not shifted. The constant factor has been you having to conform to the dominant culture at work.

The thing to look at is your environment.

  • Who are the people you’re around?

  • What support structures are in place?

  • What resources or trainings are available to you?

And once you’ve looked around at what already exists, it’s time to reimagine what could be. If you only look around what has been done before, you will only be inspired to repeat the past. Let’s run through a simple (and fun) process to help you design your own future.

Your Purpose

Discovering your purpose can be one of the most elusive and thrilling journeys you take. All high achievers have gotten clarity on their purpose--the mission, the calling in life.

Without knowing your true purpose, you might feel stuck, directionless, at a plateau with your work, relationships, or well-being.

It is through clarity around our mission that we can take daily actions towards achieving your calling in this lifetime.

Start by asking yourself:

  • How do I want to make an impact in this world?

  • What are my unique ways to serve others?

  • What skills can I bring to the table everyday?

  • What lessons have I already learned that are valuable to others?

Your Passion

Purpose and passion often go hand in hand.

So what drives you? What makes you want to jump out of bed each morning?

Your passion allows you to live in committed action. In backwards mapping from the purpose to your life, you can outline exactly the ways in which you start living in daily committed action. Embracing passion brings your purpose to life.

Rather than seeing your passion as something far away that you’d like to achieve “someday,” ground it in your day-to-day life.

Passion isn’t something that should be stored away for later. It’s the fuel you could use everyday. Channel that passion so you start seeing results asap.

Your Power

Power is what sources you. It’s what helps your passion and purpose thrive.

Understanding and using your power is a delicate balance. If you give so much that you don’t have enough left for yourself, or if you don’t take the time to get in touch with the things that truly power you up, how will you be able to thrive?

The journey towards fulfilling your calling is a long one. Knowing what sources you--and giving it back to yourself--is imperative. It is through knowing what powers us that we are able to live out passion and purpose consistently - and that’s exactly what I’ll help you do.

You Have More Control Than You Think!.

We need more people exercising control in their lives.

In doing so, you inspire others to do the same.

The world deserves you. We need all of you.

Please show up. Doing this work will prevent burnout, stagnation, and put you in a position where you make the decisions to enjoy your dream career., I can promise you that.
